Kimberly James is a writer, filmmaker, chef, sexpert, grammar nazi, and barfly. She holds a B.A. with honors in Communications from the University of Memphis and a Master of Film & Television from Bond University. 

Her careers have spanned the Hollywood film industry, teaching Sunday school in Memphis, editing student films in Australia, whipping businessmen in Los Angeles, and food cart ownership in Portland, among others.

Kimberly has taught screenwriting and written several screenplays and short stories, produced and directed short films, and is currently developing Megan Kruse's Lila as a feature film. She is also working on her first novel.

She makes incredible buttermilk biscuits.
